Each applicant to Heritage Academy is considered with great care and love. We employ parents to explore the information in this section to understand how our admission process works. Once parents are satisfied with the information, it is important to take the necessary steps in other to be part of early bird in registering their ward.

The Application Stages
Prospective parents visit school for inspection and general information (to be supplied by Front Office staff). At this stage they tour the school, classrooms and other facilities. Questions and enquiries are attended to and if satisfied, parents book appointment with the School Secretary for a Parent Interview
After the Parent Interview and if there is consensus between parents and Management, an Application Fee (strictly on cash basis) is paid and the Admission Pack is picked, which must be returned within five (5) working days. Please, note that those who downloaded the Admission Pack online would be required to pay the Application Fee at this stage.
Application Pack is returned; checked by our Front Office staff and a date is fixed for a Diagnostic Test by the pupil/student
The result of the Diagnostic Test is reviewed to determine application. If application is granted, an Offer of Admission is made and is expected to be accepted immediately by paying a non-refundable deposit fee of N50,000.00 (fifty thousand naira only) thereby guaranteeing the space on offer. This amount will form part of the whole fees payable.
Parent Orientation is organized as soon as possible. This is one of the major necessary steps in ascertaining the cooperation of parent in regards to their ward.
